ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Villapex and you with respect to its subject matter and may be amended only by Villapex. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts or choice of laws. Any claim or dispute either of us may have against the other that is not subject to arbitration must be resolved by a court located in New York County, New York. Villapex and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within New York County, New York for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes that are not subject to arbitration. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent us from complying with the law.
